Handschuhqualität und Kundenservice

Ich habe mir versehentlich die falsche Größe bestellt und Kontakt zu Rockbros aufgenommen. Ein sehr freundlicher und höflicher Mitarbeiter hat mir einfach und unkompliziert ein größeres Paar zugeschickt ohne weiteren Aufwand. Keine weiteren Zahlungen und auch den Retourenschein hat er mir erstellt. Die Qualität der Handschuhe ist ebenfalls außerordentlich gut und ich habe keine Sorgen mehr um kalte Hände.
