1. General Warranty Period (for Accessories & Equipment)

Our products have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

2. Scope of Warranty

Warranty Terms for Accessories & Equipment

During the warranty period, ROCKBROS will repair or replace any product damaged due to manufacturing or material defects free of charge. The scope of the warranty includes, among others, the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component or material defects
  • Abnormal wear

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper use, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Terms for Bicycles

A. Scope of Warranty

Frame: 5-year warranty (excluding full-suspension frames/softtail).

Decorations and Paintwork: 1-year warranty.

Groupset, Suspension Fork, and Shock Absorber: The respective warranty terms of the component manufacturers apply.

General Components: For rigid forks, handlebars, stems, saddles, seat posts, cranksets, cassettes, pedals, bottom brackets, brake levers, brake calipers, rims, hubs, rim tapes, kickstands, carriers, and mudguards, we provide free repair service within one year from the date of purchase.

B. Exclusion Criteria (Wear Parts)

The following parts are considered wear parts and are excluded from the general component warranty: tires, inner tubes, spokes, spoke nipples, chains, brake pads (rim/disc), brake shoes, brake discs, bells, handlebar grips, handlebar tape, reflectors, luggage straps, etc.

C. Important Notes

No Unauthorized Modifications Modifications, replacement with incompatible components, as well as improper disassembly/assembly carried out without express authorization or execution by an authorized dealer, will lead to the forfeiture of your warranty claim. In these cases, the right to ROCKBROS customer service lapses, and ROCKBROS assumes no liability for resulting accidents or damages.

Intended Use Uses that are clearly outside the product's intended application also lead to the forfeiture of the warranty. This includes, among others: off-road use with racing bikes, carrying persons or overloading carbon frames, racing use with folding bikes, etc. ROCKBROS assumes no liability for resulting damages or accidents in these cases.

Duty of Care and Maintenance Damage or malfunctions due to negligence or lack of maintenance (e.g., corrosion of the gearing due to permanent outdoor storage under adverse weather conditions) are not covered by the free warranty. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge reasonable repair and material costs. We ask for your understanding.

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a problem within the warranty period, you can make a warranty claim following these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will guide you through the warranty process.
  • Assessment and Repair: Once your claim has been accepted, we will arrange for an assessment and repair of the product. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement product.
  • Product Return: After repair or replacement, we will return the product to you.

4. Additional Information

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
  • If your product is outside the warranty period, we can still offer repair and support, but additional costs may apply.
  • For the best warranty service, we recommend customers keep their purchase receipts and related documents.
