In 2021
Australian branch established
The Australian branch was founded in 2021. Zhejiang Lingku Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. is founded in Pan'an to develop and produce helmets. Establishment of a team for the digital center in Hangzhou. Acquisition of Yiwu Hengzheng Zipper Co., Ltd. and founding Zhejiang ROCKBROS Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. and the ROCKBROS group. The main building was renovated and occupied by the end of the year.
In 2016
US branch founded
We invested in establishing a US office and strategically collaborated with Hangzhou Aoge Industrial Design to develop new products. In the same year, we received the Red Star Design Award, the highest design award in China, for a new bicycle bag we designed.
In 2013
The first product under the ROCKBROS brand comes onto the market and is sold worldwide.
The Chinese bicycle market is growing rapidly and the B2C business is exploding. The first ROCKBROS products come onto the market and are sold worldwide. Hangzhou Lingku E-Commerce Co., Ltd. will be founded.
In 2010
Registration of the ROCKBROS trademark
The founders, Zhang Xingang and Shi Jianghao, founded Yiwu Rock Sporting Goods Co Ltd and registered the ROCKBROS trademark. The initial capital was 300,000 RMB and there were 2 employees. In the same year, the founder Zhang Xinguang held a large bicycle wedding in Zhejiang and was interviewed by many journalists.
December 2005
The predecessor of the ROCKBROS group
In 2005, one of the founders of ROCKBROS, Zhang Xingang, founded the Yi Xing Cycling Club in Zhejiang. It has more than 7,000 registered members and has organized more than 1,000 cycling events of all sizes. Its influence radiates throughout the world and makes it a well-known cycling club at home and abroad.
